We collect what the program needs: your name, contact details, time zone, application answers, session records, and mentorship hours.

We use it to run the program and to report verified hours to funders. Funders see grouped numbers, never your individual record.

Sensitive details — date of birth, phone, guardian information, background checks — are visible only to program staff.

You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to correct it at any time.
